Pickwick Club International Women’s Club Rotterdam (Pickwick) is responsible for the processing of personal data as shown in this privacy and cookie statement and is committed to protecting your personal information. In this notice, references to ‘we’ or ‘us’ means Pickwick. This notice explains how we collect and use the personal information about you.

Pickwick is registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (“Kamer van Koophandel”) The registered club number is 40341579.
The aim of Pickwick is to bring together British women, of all ages, living in the Netherlands. We also welcome members of other nationalities who would like to join a club with a distinctly ‘British flavour’.
Pickwick operates the website www.iwcrotterdam.com (the “Website”).

When you become a member of Pickwick you will give us information. This includes your name, postal address, email address, telephone number, nationality and possibly your date of birth, interests and affinity with Great Britain.
Why we collect this information
Pickwick uses this information in order to collect membership fees and to keep members informed of Pickwick activities and to provide information about living in the Netherlands as an ex pat.

Pickwick does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected.
Newsletters may be kept indefinitely as archival material to provide a historical record of the club.
